This was free (the ultimate version), I think, at some point. It's in my library, and I've only bought a few games (unless it was in a bundle from which I don't remember). Anyway, check your library before you buy. I have it for Steam.

Are these graphics upgraded at all for One/Series? I haven't tried playing 360 games on my One X.

Not really. Xbox 360 and Xbox One games usually had to have had a Xbox One X patch, to see any kind of real improvements on the Series S and X.

When trying to log in to my Xbox Live account on my 360, I'm getting "error 8015190E" - anyone know what's wrong? The console is communicating with my local LAN just fine as well as the internet... it's just Xbox Live that seems problematic.

No idea, but you can just log in via your browser and pick it up that way, so you don't miss the deal deadline.
