People rag on it all the time, but I have been waiting for a deal on the heat gun. I am hoping to use it for pli-stix on my drive way cracks. I think I'll bite on this. Thanks OP

I tried and can't cancel only 1 item. I have to cancel the entire order.

So I was just able to do this with the brushless one for about $20 more. It had the same add for the stack pack. I ordered, waited the 5 minutes, then in my cart it showed cancel order for the battery to be shipped and cancel item for the store saw. I chose cancel order for the battery and it asked why, said other, then it cancelled and shows it only cancelled the battery. Looks like saw is ready tomorrow at store.

Try using their desktop site if you weren't. It let me cancel just the battery part no problem.

Followed direction word for word and it didn't work for the 1/4" impact driver. Price shows $99 plus tax. Do you have to place the order and then cancel one item?

Edit: Placed the order and when I went to cancel it would only let me cancel the whole order. During checkout I selected the option to ship the impact drive and pick up the battery in store.

You need to either ship one item to your home or pickup at another store. If you order both to the same store you can't cancel just one of the items

Try to have the tool delivered to your home and the battery as a store pick up. Just don't pick up the battery and it will automatically cancel the order after 7 days of no pickup. It worked for me.

I've had the heat gun for a couple years, it's a great tool. Perfect for heat shrink tubing that I use a lot in marine and automotive wiring. I saw Milwaukee finally made an M18 heat gun recently, wonder how it compares.
