Yes Smilie Note though that these are only extended (no theatrical) and though they come with the bonus content they don't include any commentaries. Annoyingly, the 4K Blu-ray's also don't include any commentaries and I believe the only way to listen to them is via the DVD or Blu-ray releases. That said, this is the "ultimate" version of LOTR if you want it in the best sound/image currently available.
Click on one of the 3 movies and it will display Movies Anywhere on all 3 titles. These are Warner Brothers movies which are one the studios included with Movies Anywhere.
Generally to get the "best sound/image"from UHD you would need to go with disc, especially on the sound side.

You do need to have the equipment and proper setup to take advantage of it though.

Do digital movies usually have the commentary tracks available? I'm tempted to buy the new Godfather trilogy in 4K and that's one the few movies that I'd like to hear the director's commentary.

Picked it up and installed movies anywhere to watch it on a Roku tv. Looks good! Had to restart it a couple times due to audio sync issues but I'm not sure if that's a common issue with the app.

Extended only? I am watching the extended Return of the King now. I paused it on hour 3:02 and there is STILL 1:17 hours left!

Most people would be better served with the theatrical ones versus the long cut only. Just be aware if this is the case where you ONLY get extended. The code from the 4K disc gives you both theatrical and extended versions.

The fellowship of the Ring was released over 20 years ago in Dec 2001.

Yeah: I feel old now, too.
