Don't get the flip, fancy phone, horrible battery life. Fanciness wears off, but day to day battery usage is what matters at the end. Need to charge at least 3 times a day with regular usage

I wish I hadn't bought into the iPhone hype. Lesson learnt. Now I have to wait a year and switch back. Apart from the battery if anyone is considering switching I would recommend you use one for a week.

Why not just inform us here? That's why we're all here, after all.
So you want me to copy and paste the details of the Costco T-mobile deal here? LOL. How about you learn to use the search function on this site and read for yourself like the rest of us do.

I pay $50/mo for 9 lines on T-Mobile One. You just need to know the rules of the game before making account changes. T-Mobile has a lot of them for sure.

I usually go on Reddit and ask the T-Mobile experts to review my planned changes before doing them. Many of them are more knowledgeable than even the current T-Force crew.
What is TMobile one? How much data do you get?

Anybody know if you have a broken screen trade in that doesn't show sign of life on screen, but you know it works, will it qualify as "powers on" trade in criteria, or no?
This is what I want to know. I have a s21+ with a "black screen of death" issue. I know the phone works because I have been using it via USB-C output. They are offering 200 for it. I just don't want to send it in and then them say it didn't work. Anyone have any experience with this kind of thing?

Not really, I consider my self a power user and only have to charge it around early evening. I'm on my phone way too much so most phones don't make it through a full day. The ultras will but it's also twice the size. It's worth some extra charging for the form factor. It's almost impossible for me to switch back to a slab phone

Their customer service thru chat told me no, won't be accepted.

It gets touchy since the Fi app might trigger something... In theory yes as long as you don't put the Fi sim in another device, but wouldn't plan on using the Samsung for 4 months while the Fi sim just chills not being used (unless anyone else has experience that this worked for them)
When I bought the Galaxy S20, I literally took my sim out and put it in a drawer for four months. Didn't have any issues.

This deal is not for flippers ..beware n read fine print . you move sim card out deal is gone .. they charge full price n back charge you ..no customer service or any where to complain about that either
WRONG. You can remove it and stick it in a drawer. Use the new phone with any other sim. Just do not put that FI Sim in another phone.

same here. Costco will sell the s22 for $600 for T-Mobile customers next week. T-Mobile will usually unlock it right away. At most, it takes 40 days. And there is added $300 offer if adding a new line.

I would take that deal before relying on Google Fi to not screw me over on some technicality. Also, with Costco I will have the s22 in hand immediately so I can try it out and return it easily to Costco if say the battery life sucks. Not so with Fi. And no jumping through hoops like port-in nonsense, no sim transfers, etc. that you get from Fi.
Other people commented on some of the potential issues with this, but Costco also only has Black, 128GB.

Well yes, for $600 it obviously is the 128gb version. All Costco's will carry black, some may get a few in white too based on past experience. Costco rarely stocks any other colors than those.

I never really understood the big drama over color selection, unless of course you do not use a case on your phone, or only use a clear case (which usually turns yellow over time anyway). If you a use case like most people, color is really a non-issue. Just buy whatever color case you prefer. Problem solved.
