Just had a "white glove" delivery attempted by Costco. My first really bad experience and something I will share with others as I have done some research. Costco Logistics outsources nearly all of their deliveries now. Unfortunately this means that when there is a problem or damage caused by delivery agents it can be really frustrating to get a resolution. In my case, the agents drove a rented Enterprise 26 foot delivery truck directly into my driveway and caught all of the front flower beds and sprinkler system in the wheels because they turned too sharply. It's not epic damage but I probably have 20 square feet of dually tires that destroyed anything in the bed and the main line to my sprinkler system. The delivery agents then started taking the furniture out of the box on the concrete driveway -- which included laying the leather directly down on said concrete. I get accidents happen but geesh this was $4K worth of furniture. I finally got tired of them nagging about having to move the furniture downstairs and decided to give them a break -- hey guys I'm going to help you out here -- take it all back. I'm refusing delivery. They were not happy but I figured that made us even. I was supposed to get a call from the "warehouse manager" that afternoon -- that did not happen. In any case, just warning others that Costco is not what it used to be on delivery and especially those that are marked white glove. BTW was supposed to hear back in 72 hours after filing claim with Costco Corporate and nope nothing. I was shocked at how many reports there are of these kind of issues. I guess we have been lucky so far. YMMV for Costco furniture delivery...

I think the LoveSac is neat but holy hell are the prices outrageous even with a 30% discount. Not even close to a deal like this one.

Keep an eye out for the LoveSac deal to come back. Just picked it up last time and saved over 30% versus direct from the manufacturer. Definitely worth the price too if you're looking for a modular furniture set.

I recall they had this in grey in 2020 but it sold out in stores and online before I got a chance to measure my living space. Well made but the materials were on the cheaper side and it was unclear from the floor model how the pieces stay attached to each other.

this is an ugly couch IMO. Costco has much better looking furniture in store for comparable pricing.

I have the gray color tisdale, got it in store at Costco 4 years back. Has been holding up really well. We just rearrange the pieces every year or so. So far so good!

Warm deal since reviews say it's hard to sit on + sections keep separating, even with very light use. That's disappointing as I'm looking for a sectional couch.

This is a great deal. Couple months ago, I Bought the thomasville modular sectional with two reclining chairs for $2k with delivery and set up, just checked and that has gone up $200

I would advice NOT to buy this couch. Had an older model but same design and could not wait to get rid of it. You have to sit exactly in the middle of each cushion or you fall over. And you cant lay on the thing. Between the cushions is wood with just fabric on it, so it is super hard.

Edit. I see they changed the design a little as they removed the wood between the cushions. So it may be a little better. I'd try to find it to demo before purchase though.
