Useless garbage. Doesn't even send me a code to my phone numbers to use their useless app.
Sounds like a YOU problem but try contacting customer support.

Very temped to buy one if I didn't have lot of Ring cameras around the house. Anyone has good experience with this product? I use the very first version of its indoor camera and was very frustrated with it. Not sure if it is improved now.

I don't have any experience with the Blink Floodlight but I do with the cameras. Between my house and cabin I have 21 in use right now. 4 minis, 1 XT & the rest are a combination of XT2 & Outdoor. I couldn't be happier with the Blink cameras. I have a few at my cabin that I use to watch the deer and other wildlife. Some of those I might have to change the batteries after about 3 months but I might wake up in the morning and have 150 clips to watch. Just depends on how active the animals are. The cameras on my driveways and porches go well over a year before the batteries need replacement.
I also started out with Ring doorbells and have one Ring Floodlight. I love the floodlight but the doorbells just don't hold a charge like they use to and the video quality isn't as good as the Blink cams.
I'm going to get rid of the Ring products at my house so I can save the $99 a year subscription fee and go all Blink.

This might be a better option if you have XT2 cam already. Requires light wiring but it can also power the cam so no batteries to change.

Anyone comment on experience?
My ring Xt2 cameras drain the lithium batteries so fast. The motion sensing is pretty bad too. If someone ran into my garage where my camera is hanging above, the camera wouldn't start recording until after they were already inside. My kid runs around and he triggers but I get the back of him or him about to zoom out of frame. He's not that fast either. I'm going to sell these and pick up the eufy solar charging cameras next time they come up for sale. Not impressed by the ring cameras at all.

Do you have Ring or Blink? If it's Blink play around with the settings on your cameras. Most of my cameras the batteries last for over a year. The cameras I use to watch deer and other wildlife sometimes only last a few months depending on how often they're triggered.

Thanks for the post. I am in for one. I currently have a few Blink Cameras indoors and outside. The whole point of Blink is wireless connection so if you're complaining about batteries I would look somewhere else. I have used them for almost 2 years. I have not had issues with support or not being usable in temps below 45 ( I saw that somewhere and I laughed). The cameras have functioned in temps in the teen digits. I need a floodlight in my backyard anyway so I will try this out in the same area I currently have a Blink camera set up.

Check your settings. I have 2 outdoor cams and one indoor. Settings should be adjusted to help prevent heavy battery drain.

Sensitivity may be too high or video quality not be on standard or saver. IR sensitivity if it's high that drains also.

Adjust your activity zone so the camera triggers in areas that make sense and not all the time. I live off-street so anyone walking by would trigger the camera when what I want is to trigger only when someone is on my porch or at my front door.

I have 2 outdoor cameras one indoor and two blink mini cameras. They work great for me. although I have a camera in my backyard it is not a floodlight. So I am def in for the purchase I can easily use the camera somewhere else in the house. Just make sure wherever you place one you have got wifi. I had to purchase a wifi extender to use them in my backyard.

I thought about this as a purchase with my cameras but the battery really isn't that much of an issue. Plus changing the battery allows me to inspect and clean the camera. Batteries can last from 6 months to over a year depending on how your camera settings are.
