The Apple watch deals don't remotely compare with past years. Two possible reasons. With so many people switching to iPhones, they can now use an Apple watch. Also. Production issues.

Last year, Series 6 red color (40mm, GPS only) hit $235-$250 range. Given all supply chain and production issues, not sure if series 7 will hit that range anytime soon. Of course, I am assuming a lot of things here. I am just waiting for a $250 or thereabouts to trigger a purchase.

Is it worth it to spend 25$ less and get very good (used). Or am I being a cheap slick dealer …. Probably just suck it up and get it new ?

Until apple increases their battery life, I will not be updating my series 5… my friends smart watch does just about everything mine does for $40, and it gets at least 3 days of battery life… get it together Apple!!

I am really on the fence. I got in on the 44mm cellular Walmart deal via PM. Today is the last day of my return window. I decided I do like having an Apple Watch, my last foray was the Series 2 which was sold a few months later due to it constantly having a dead battery. I'm now torn if I should buy the Series 7 instead for ~$80 more…BB open box.

1. Is the screen size increase really that big of a deal?
2. Is the battery life ANY better on a Series 7? It's (barely) livable on the 6 even right out of the box for me, a day and a half is lucky...I like the idea of sleep tracking so literally anything more is helpful in my book.
3. Along with that, fast charging does seem quite useful…any idea of a time comparison 44mm S6/45mm S7?

I do have it activated with TMO right now so I could see returning it without an in hand replacement (would need it shipped) go either way as far as being a PITA knowing TMO… (with the watch line add on)

keep in mind, if you buy a warehouse and the watch has already been registered, the clock has been ticking down on apple care. you may be getting a watch that does not have a full year of apple care available. I had to deal with this in the past with an apple watch 6 from amazon and best buy. i ended up returning both and buying new.

I have this watch and the green is so dark I can barely tell when paired with a dark gray/black band.
