Fact is there are very few subs at this price point that will play audibly below 40hz, at least if you want something new. This sub sounds just fine. But used fleabay/CL will go significantly farther for a hundred bucks.
Oh really? I have trouble finding decent subwoofers on Craigslist for that low of a price. Seems like the only ones I find that low are ancient. And on eBay, shipping on a used subwoofer will kill a bargain.
It's $115

Looks like a nice smaller ten that would be perfect for adding a little low end to a pair of bookshelf speakers. Probably good for apartment dwellers too who can't step on the volume pedal that hard.
i prefer this sub over klipsch, defenitive audio and acoustic audio. IMO of course
so i got 2 for my 5.2 setup
one was "amazon used" for cheap. looked brand new

So, I bought the sonance mag6r 5.1 kit last year, and I find the sub that came with it a little bit lacking on its range, will this work better? Sorry in advance if I can look this up, but speaker stuff kind of confuses me. Also, my sub has a single lfa connection to my avr, how would that work on this one?
