Probably not. These are usually OEM, meaning they stay with the device.

Yes. It is a full retail license and is transferable.

Yes, according to the Microsoft forum:

Except they usually don't activate any longer after a month or so.

Try to register the key in your Microsoft Account.
Later, in the new Pc you can download it in the Microsoft Office page. Select the Office version and install online.

They'll be banned. The Plus version is a corporate or educational license. When Microsoft finds out they're being sold individually in violation of the license, they'll ban them.

-----------
Did you hear some banned cases or just post a fake comment?

Lifetime for THE COMPUTER you install this on. It's non-transferrable. (Updates are apparently included) I'm seeing regular price between $69-99.
The free updates don't include upgrades.
IOW, when Office 2024 (or whatever) comes out you don't get to upgrade to it. However, you will still receive security, bug, and critical updates to your Office 2021 for the life of the product (thru Oct 13, 2026).
Also, read the ONE COMPUTER part as something that you control. If a computer that you had this Office 2021 on dies, you are fully able to license the same Office 2021 on a new computer, provided you log into your Microsoft account and remove the old computer activation. It's a full retail license that is fully transferrable - as long as it's only on one computer at a time.
Also², If you already have (or have had) a Microsoft account tied to a subscription Microsoft product (Office365/Microsoft365) Microsoft may not allow you to use that account for perpetual products (although this isn't explained when you try to use it). Just create a new, free Microsoft account and activate it that way. You can use the key you receive for any valid email address (regardless of the email address you enter when purchasing the Office 2021 Pro).
I purchased from here in mid April. Last week my installation suddenly restricted my access as unlicensed. I called Microsoft support and they tried to help but unable to saying something to the effect this was MSDN licensed and ultimately I would have to contact the seller. I do not recommend this deal.

So has stacksocial just invaded ever single website? TMZ, Mashable gdgt, techrepublic, 9to5toys all stacksocial engines... Like is this website just some crazy affiliate thing?
I'm still using it today. 😂. Honestly, what kind of advancements have been done in 7 years in Microsoft Office products? Like the basic ones like Word and Excel?
EDIT: If they have full dark mode Excel, I'd consider upgrading. I'm talking about black cells and white text with a click of a button. In 7 years they were able to at least improve that.... right? Do tell!
