New MS Office licenses are linked to your Microsoft account. It can be reinstalled and activated based upon the license count purchased.

This was a 600+ frontpage deal (with a number of reposts). How come that one marked expired and replaced by this? This deal has existed for quite some time now.

Also, if my computer dies I can transfer this to a new computer correct? Just as long as it's only on one computer at a time? Has this been confirmed?

I had to get my Macbook replaced recently, and was able to activate it on the new one w/o any issue.

Thank you! Got that deal, have MS Office Pro installed and even figured out how to use it without signing in (as long as you don't use the cloud to store docs).

Repped!

So they can rehash this as a "new deal" when it's essentially the everyday price (non-deal).

Besides from it clearly being a sponsored ad, the last deal turned into a thread of who could shill the most gray market /stolen office key seller which I suspect stack social wouldn't appreciate.

It bothers me that SD Staff would promote this type of gray market product. If you contact Microsoft sales, they will tell you that Office Professional Plus is NOT available for sale to consumers. It is only sold through volume licensing to businesses who intend to run the product on multiple computers.

I'm in for one. I've been on Office 2007 since college, so probably time for an upgrade.

fark! I'm getting, "This product key has already been used." I emailed support and their email response says:

Our office is open Mon - Fri, 9AM - 6PM PST.
We typically try to respond to inquiries within 2 business days, but due to a high volume of requests email responses are delayed at this time.

2 Business days?????

There are lot of bed feedback on stacksocial deals.

it's a 3rd party seller called "Topfastkeys"... these keys are definitely bootleg.

these are usually stolen keys generated through a company's corporate license. if a large company prepays for, say, a block of 1500 licenses for their employees, the price per key is really really cheap. so some sleazy IT employees will "issue" 50-100 of those keys to themselves (steal them) and then sell the keys to off-shore resellers like "Topfastkeys" who then sell the stolen keys to you
Anytime this seller will stop their business then you don't get any support from this stacksocial or this seller. So try to avoid stacksocial.

Mine works fine, but what was weird I got an email a few days ago saying that I was refunded for the order. I am not sure why, so I emailed them if there was any problem and they have no idea. I emailed the company that handles the payment ( Paddle ? ). Mine still works, but was refunded for whatever reason.
