That's not how it works. A battery will only pull what it's rated for, not the max output of thr charging source. If it's only rated for 20W, it'll only pull 20W, regardless of the charger being 90W.

Not on newer USB C charging capable devices like laptops/tablets. That is the beauty of USB C is that it draws what it needs. Ofcourse this doesn't have PPS which would be great.

Correct. PPS will just keep the charger a bit cool and increase overall longevity for new devices. But for this price, nobody should be complaining as long as charger is USB-PD.
