yeah I never thought about it that way I don't guess....
I like to bake....piping...that is a total different story...it looks so easy....i had to pipe a cream cheese mixture into choco. cups for my University President's Open House on our $2mil new kitchen...it was HORRIBLE....hurts your hands sooo bad

i like baking for the ease. its just follow a recipe, measure and done. no real thinking, just assembling like legos.

i know what you mean about piping.. even just regular icing for me is a pain. i can manage to get an acceptable looking, but its nowhere as neat as i would like it.

oh mine is never neat as I would like...I've given up the culinary field though so maybe it won't matter so much
