It was originally … my email says $5,000. It could be that they saw the flood of responses and started to modify the deal to make it more restrictive with $15k but then decided to just pull it altogether for now. I'd go by whatever your specific email says if you're planning to do it.

Yea mine was, and still shows $5k, glad i open the account the day it was posted, while everyone was saying how terrible wells fargo is. lets see how terrible they are if they post the bonus after 60 days or not

Technically, you shouldn't actually need a business name, as some sole proprietors just use their name (such as someone who does mowing / yard work, handyman, etc also). However, that's where the rep's discretion likely comes into play. The signup bonus is intended for businesses and they likely have a number of people trying to take advantage of the deal just for a signup bonus with no real prospects of them getting a loyal business customer out of it. Thus, they probably try to limit approvals to those with some form of legitimate business documentation.

I got the offer by mail last Nov. It was for $1,250 which they deposited within 30 days. The Minimum was $5k and I went for $15k since it offers free wire transfer (receive and send).

That's awesome if they deposited it before the terms of the offer were even met (before day 60), but people definitely shouldn't expect that. Realistically, the offer indicates that people should get the bonus after about 90 days from account opening. Would be great to see it sooner, but I wouldn't count on it.

They stopped sending new invitations, but for those who already got one, the stated expiration is May 13, so it should still be good as long as you have a code from that invitation. If not, will need to wait until they start sending new invitations again.

Make an appointment with local WF business account peep soon as for me it was 40 miles away (WF closed many branches and not all branch has biz banking) and 6-week wait so went to neighboring state 50 miles away just in time for offer expiration (targeted to my LLC by mail).

Got the $1,250 exactly on the 30th day. WF biz banker did say $1,250 offer at the time was rare so y'all jump on this deal but your local banker like mine may demand proof of business which for me was state LLC which I had already filed. You don't want to show up at the appointment and be told you don't have the "right" document...
