Usually they are not actually used and looks like new without any signs of use. According to my experience for factory refurbished vacuums.

I got mine the other day. Looks like new. But didn't come with moisture mat. I contacted customer service who put in a ticket request and I got a response saying the refurbished items don't include the moisture mat.

Anyone else not the moisture mat?

Also did not get a moisture mat for an e4 and S5 max certified refurb but it comes with a horrible thin plastic with adhesive (the original is thicker and has clips that attach to the charging base/dock). It's only important if you dock on carpet and use the mop attachment; I just put in the mop attachment when I want to use it.

Same here. S6 pure in white looked brand new. Mine came with a plastic circle that I suppose is the moisture mat.

I though it's funny and no i don't agree with the analogy. If it fits your budget then get it. I pay this price on black friday from aliexpress for a regular S5. I think this is a great deal for the S5 MAX.
