You sure? Wouldn't you at least be able to connect that monitor and those controllers to.a Raspberry Pi and run it off that (assuming you can't mod the existing OS of the device).

I figure Pac-Man, Dig Dug and Galaga are certainly worth $40. Not sure why it's so cheap, but I'm not complaining 😁
