Didn't get the promo email, service discount didn't work, and free shipping confusion left a bad taste in my mouth. Puma chat service hit me with copy paste replies. At least an hour later I just bought the shoes. Ffs

I just ordered a couple of pairs of Viz Runner Repeats. They state eligible for free shipping although you will still be charged the $8 for free shipping. YMMV contact CS and let them know on the page it says the shoe is eligible for free shipping and CS gave me a free code to get a refund on the shipping cost as you are not able to stack codes (Free Shipping + 20% email code) . Wasn't expecting them to offer me free shipping code but made them aware its deceiving to have "free shipping" on the page even though you are not eligible unless you purchase $50 or more.

Took about 18 hours for mine to arrive in email, I'm assuming they got spammed with tons of requests and there is a delay in them sending them out.

those signed up for emails, check for 20/50 coupon they send in email some days ago.

Took a day for my code to show up but still worked. One thing went out of stock in that wait but of well still got a few pairs of what seems like nice sneakers cheap.
