If an order has a certain amount of TIP attached to it, the tip will be the full payout only, and we will not be providing additional payment. We will only provide payment on orders where the tip doesn't cover the full order or only a small tip was added, in both cases we will then supplement from our side.
Here's the kicker, we will not be lowering our fees that we charge to the customer or the fees that we charge the business for processing the orders on our platform. So we're essentially taking advantage of the tipping culture to cover delivery, and we're pocketing what we would have paid in today's model.

Tip who you want but it's flawed logic to say that some service workers deserve it based on which tax form they get.
Also, more often than not at costco the shopper isn't the same person who delivers.
