I successfully purchased the Natures Yruth vitamins both online and in the store. I purchased only the ones marked with a sales price online. In store, I purchased only vitamins that rang BOGO. All gave me the $20/40 BC. I also got the surprise on the next purchase. I did not try any of the oils, so I cannot say if the are working.

I did 1st one in store, none in an online order and got it on my online order. Couldn't figure it out until I realized what was being posted and thought it through. I would assume it works both ways.

Also never got any NT tracking on my receipts. Only bought specifically tagged items and was successful thanks to the helpful people on here with tipping me off to the no tracking. I kept track myself after that. I did a hair color return last night with no problem. Wonder what's going on there now.

For those that ordered online $40 of natures truth that are on sale did the $20 BC show in your cart before you ordered? I put $40 in my cart of the on sale essentials oil and no bc shows.

you can do a return without receipt but you might lose the BC you used.

I only bought vitamins (that showed a sale price) and it did not show. I got the $20 fine, tho. hth

Yes that helps - Thanks! I also tried the sale vitamins $40 worth and no bc showed in cart. So it's another one of the bc promotions that only shows up once you finish /pay for the transaction. I hate that.

So the takeaway is whatever we bought some items did not count. But the invisible tracking would say the other items did. So if we were to go back & buy the proper ones, we'd get the $20 from it needing only to count our own tracking.

Just ordered the NT essential nighttime oil online. No bc showed when in cart but did post once order was placed. Now to go to the store and hopefully get the special bonus.
Update just got back from the store and the surprise did work.
