I finally went this afternoon to store to do NT. I had my phone with coupon to scan in my hand but the cashier hit total too soon. Said no worries, I will refund and repurchase. Of course she couldn't called someone who was on text and then on phone with manager but couldn't figure out. Finally told me to call csr. Scuncii that showed online giving $10 didn't in store. So a total disaster. I still had the $15 as she never scanned it, came to car and thought about going back to do a transaction to use it Japonesque etc but just had enough trouble as such. So skipped. Will see if chat helps tomorrow.

Feel so bummed that I didn't get to go sooner and use 15/50 this week.
Only solace is I placed an order online and got BC.
Q. is Japonesque a surprise or not? Not that it matters at this point. My behind is stuck to sofa and ain't gonna move it to car anytime soon.

No the Japonesque is not a surprise because it is a monthly deal. Only the weekly deals with spend xx dollars to earn the BC have the surprise.

Thanks. It was buy $12 so I thought it might be. So, only weekly deals were surprise?

I've had to be VERY firm about telling them to not hit "finalize" before scanning RA Qs.
I think I may have scared the poor nice lady in my MIL's town today.

Rimmel Qs didn't scan, I never buy the stuff but read it was surprising, and needed something to round out my 15/50 with my NT (Qs just got here). Display was a mess, tags not matching the item and having to read UPCs on item and on tags WAY down low. I ended up giving up on them and getting Clairol instead.

I'm guessing Rimmel is an item that I need to match up UPC's family code to Qs

and I've been thinking I didn't make all the BC I expected. I started the week with 17bc, had to use $20 cash on my first transaction
Now I have 69bc. I guess I've become jaded by couponing too long in thinking that wasn't a nice profit.
but now I realize my error
I had 15.48 tracking on NT, and messed around for at least 15min. trying to figure out which items to buy to reach $40. The tally on my worksheet showed $41.xx and I was weary so it didn't occur to me I needed to subtract the 15.48 back out.
I needed MORE than the Clairol to get over $50, so I didn't earn the last 15/50 Down

I got almost nothing I can use in all this. It looks like we need about as much BC as I have to roll it effectively. I hoped to score some stuff we actually needed, which I could at LEAST have done if I'd added $10 more to my transaction and earned $15BC back...

*sigh* excuse me while I kick myself out the door. Hope next week is good for everyone, and has some interesting things to do with the 15/60.

You may want to try returning your purchase in two separate transactions. I had a similar situation, and cs told me to do that and it worked for me.

Thanks so much for thr follow up. Tried chatting with Adrian Sat., he said he'd apply the missing 20 bc and of course it not there. But my NT April challenge tracked at least.
