Sonos roam is only $179 on the official Sonos site at regular price. You are getting a free wireless charger but this is hardly a slick deal...

for those eligible, you can often find a 15-20 percent off code for sonos.com through perkspot, Id.me or Sonos upgrade program (all ymmv), making the price effectively less than Costco

That's a little more fair, but still super YMMV on that. I guess if you're already in the sonos ecosystem you can also do the sonos upgrade to get I believe 15% off that way too.

Code seems to be a one time use only for me as well. I used it earlier for the airpod pros and it won't allow me to use it again for this.

I think your math is off.

For the Roam and Charger at Sonos.com its $228 + tax. Then 20% off ($45.6) + tax (say 6%) or 10.92. So we get $193.32.

So this is still $20 cheaper then using a 20% off coupon, and that is assuming you give the delivery guy a $10 tip.

I didn't use the Instacart express savings, but did use the cash app Instacart booster $30 max discount. Will end up being $158.51 after tax and $10.65 delivery tip. Could end up as low as $150 after tax for both the roam and the wireless charger for those willing to sign up for Instacart express. Pretty slick deal to me!

Can anyone comment on/review their Roam? Online reviews are wide ranging and I've read some concerns with actual battery life.
