While true,it's a $10 torque wrench. If I was doing something delicate/precise I'd definitely test it first. All you have to do is set it, put it in a vise, and hang a weight a foot from the end.
They're worthless without the old coupons.

.....Omw there to buy more stuff.

Or their jack stands almost killed me. And then the replacement jack stands were also recalled...the CEO should've resigned at that point.
because that CEO was making them jack stands in his basement on his free time?!?!?

recall is a normal process when you find an error, if every CEO was replaced because of a recall that would be nuts.

not doing anything about errors on the other hand like (BP, goodyear, toyota, ford, FEMA. . . . . ) requires replacement.

It appears to me that HF has lost its way. This "promotion" fails to convince me otherwise ...

Not quite, he was responsible for cutting the quality assurance budget too far (essentially a team that spot checks the hardware China makes for them) to increase profits. He then back tracked after the recall on the recalled jack stands realizing the wave of lawsuits cost more than the initial cost cutting attempt.

For use with Resin printing, can I get a better deal on Nitrile gloves anywhere else than Harbor Freight? Just wondering.
The Costco I went to had boxes of 200 nitrile gloves for $18. It depends on the warehouse but they might have some that are a good enough deal.

Stopped into my local HF two days ago, all sizes in stock except L or XL. Not one box of L or XL in the store. People are still hoarding it seems.

Anyone have experience with the Avanti sprayer? Looking to paint a detached garage quickly and lay down some primer and possibly stain for a deck and fence. How do they handle oil based vs. water based? Thanks!

Not sure why this was thumbs downed, so chiming in to say I got an inaccurate torque wrench, from harbor freight, and did damage. Trusted it on an aluminum head and it didn't feel right, but didn't click. Stripping the threads out of an engine part due to a defective torque wrench freaking sucks.
Which size torque wrench were you using?

Thanks, will follow the storage tip going forward. Overall, it gets the job done. You can't find anything else in this price range. I have 1/2" already and quite happy with it. Grabbed 1/4" today, 3/8" was oos Frown

Quick question, can you use any coupons on top of these sale prices?

I can't say definitively, but I still have the 1/2" in the garage, so... Probably 3/8ths? The 1/2" still worked for smaller measurements although it was unwieldy. Can't recall if they carry 1/4 at the moment, but I'd bought two at the same time and the smaller one failed me, the 1/2" I do use at least occasionally with reasonable reliability.

If you have the setup, can you provide feedback on how good these are?
