The only thing I'd add is it may be worth waiting on the mini 3 which might drop this month based on the leaks

Having second thoughts about the Mavic 2 I got from Newegg almost a month ago. Still unopened. Wondering about returning it & going for the fly more bundle of the Mavic 2 air, or the 2s air or whatever... Buying extra batteries would be more expensive than just going with the fly more bundle instead.

Even this would seem like an overall better value. Wanting to bring it overseas to the Philippines this summer and get some decent footage.

One concern I have though about going with this vs dronenerds refurbs, or DJI on eBay, is that I'm unsure if I can buy an extra DJI warranty with something bought from here.

DJI refurbs are $390 for a slightly different set (guess one less battery) on eBay, direct from DJI store (DJI Mini 2 Bundle with Extra New Battery (DJI-Refurbished).:

You have 48 hours once opening and setting up a new dji drone to purchase the extended warranty. As long as the place is an authorized reseller I don't think it should be an issue either. You'll be able to buy the warranty

The Mini 3 Pro has been leaked and expected to release soon. Although it's expected to be a price increase so there may still be market for the Mini 2.

from what ive seen their are 2 version of the 3. the regular 3 will be $200-$300 or so more. The pro version is the one thats going to be twice as much

Thanks. I've been looking for the return of the eBay DJI mini 2 fly more bundle for $390. This one is close. Hard to pull the trigger though on a $390 refurb previous Gen model when the new one is coming out this month.

Why are there so many refurbs that DJI has. Seems like more than half the deals on dji drones on SD are refurbs from eBay.

Fyi: Mini 3 and mini 3 pro looks like they will be announced around April 28. We should see more discounts on the mini 2 at the end of this year.
