Yeah why not, the ikea ones I've been using for 9 years are warped and scratched to crap. I have a couple of this brand I've picked up before and they've lasted well enough. Ty!

Green is Pillowfort (4~years old), Purple is Ikea (9years old)

Both get cut on, both go in the microwave, both on bottom rack dishwasher; literally almost every other day as I go through them.

Are these like regular type plastic or that kind of plastic that's very hard/rigid? Like SiLite

It's recycled plastic and they are super durable. We've had the same set for years that our toddler uses and they have shown no signs of slowing down. We dish wash them on top, bottom rack whatever and have had zero issues. Highly recommended!

How did they warp?

Microwave as well as high temp steam dishwasher 🥴 or how, sorry! the middle kind of bends up, so it's a tad concave. Not too bad, but juices from meats will slowly slide to edges of plate. My Ikea ones are worse in that sense but they have a couple years on my current Target ones.

Yes I microwave the ones from Target as well. Smilie They hold up just as the OP posted for me too. Bottom rack and cut on with a knife too. You will get scratches if so though, so beware I suppose! (My first post I've included an image)

Is it all basically polypropylene #5? Wonder if recycled plastics can have more contaminants in it like recycled paper products? Anyone ever look into it? I hope they're not as dirtily produced as Amazon basic products

I don't need more of those plates - just want to come in and say that those are great, lovely colors, and durable. I have had them for a couple of years and they still look new - I don't put them in the microwave though, but throw them in the dishwasher all the time.

We have these target plates and they are great. They sell them in this flat version and also with built in dividers.

Was this by chance a ... 'cost error'? I'm signed in, saved the offer but they're showing ~$12.75 - $3.83
