I own two of these throws from previous deals: one from Costco and one from Amazon. The Costco throw is far superior to the Amazon one. It is both softer, thicker and therefore warmer.

These are plush in comparison to most being sold.... and 70" is a nice size for children or the majority of adults. Not sure about the reindeer scheme, but the other is not bad.
I think it's a moose. Bought one earlier today. How long ago did you get your Costco throw, MattM8075? I ask because the more recent reviews might indicate they are using lighter weight fleece. I was game, though, and am giving it a shot.

Ordered 3/2/22. Costco one has more thickness to it whereas Amazon was a print on thinner fleece. I do have the red plaid from Costco and not the moose so can't comment if the moose will be a thinner print. Either way, I still like them both… I just found the Costco one to be better quality.
Thanks! That is very encouraging. I actually ordered one of each yesterday -- not to mention, I am most interested in the white side though the moose looks cute.
I keep my house cold in the winter and this will be a big improvement over the smaller, lighter throw I usually layer on my bed when it is particularly cold.
Was your Costco throw the 60" X 70" listed on the website?

I don't remember and I'm not home to measure.
Also pro-tip, I like to use this throw over Costco's Brookstone heated throw to keep the warmth in for the winter.

Ours came from the Eddie Bauer store on clearance with more variety, so perhaps there is a difference in weight/quality from other sellers... or as you say, newer issues.
We also have some older ones from Ford promotions that have held up well, but matching the seats, they were not exactly cheap at the time.

I notice they are smaller at Amazon? Is the Costco size correct?
