Are there any cards worth charging ~10k of tax liability for manufacture spend? There's a 2.5% fee

Not likely to find anything that will net you a positive result that is worth the trouble imo. Best you could do is get a bonus offer on a 1.5%-2% card which would yield you some money when you factor in the bonus.
