For those who care, this has an 8.4 rating on rtings.com, https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/hisense/u8g. Does have VRR, but viewing angles are questionable.

Should probably include that the 55" is also available for $699.99.

Matches Black Friday. I bought from PCR and had no issues.

I bought this from Amazon a month ago for$999 with $100 gift card rebate, the brightness and contrast are stunning. Pedestal base handy for narrower stands. Glad I purchased it thus far!

What's the better value from the last 1.5 months. $600 U7, the $698/$699 H9, or this?

The U8H is coming in a few months to replace this, however $900 is about the best deal you're getting for this at 65" up to this point.

The 65" U8H will probably be about $1300 at launch.

I paid $999 earlier this year & while it isn't without issues, it's pretty awesome.

I was considering the H9G too. After I watch all the reviews from YT it seem this performance was a lot better.

I'm surprised this isn't getting much heat. It's a good price.

Personally, I'd rather have the 65" U7G at $600.

Is this good for Xbox Series X/PS5 gaming in 4k 120fps? Any others to consider around this price or slightly more?
