Firecooters will burn you without protection. I learned this in my 20's.

Firecooter. Lol. I assume that's auto correct but I'm apparently a 12 year old at heart.

I do agree, 7200rpm all the way.

yes but you'll just have to format it first

FireCooter is 7200rpm, the other is 5400rpm. Only $38 more but you get faster speeds. Tough call but if you do a lot of big data transfers, get the 7200 rpm, it's worth it in the long run.

I picked up the deal from yesterday. The hard drive they had looks like this one but with a green LED. You can turn it on and off using the sea gate tools if you don't like the color. It was formatted as exFAT from the factory.

Glad to see USB C instead of that microUSB 3.0 abomination that's still prevalent on external HDDs.

Ugh, why is it still being kept alive? At least you don't have to use it.

I actually don't mind the microUSB 3.0"abomonation" with this spinner drives, since, if need be, it's backward compatible with microUSB 2.0 (just use half of the port)

What's the warranty? Does the hard drive inside it have a history?
