It all depends on your situation, i live in Ma in the NH border (no sales tax in NH). For me the lowes one was a better deal. I used the discounted giftcards for lowes that were posted here last week (10% off) and r@kuten currently has 2% off. So 245$ for the 3400psi pickup at lowes, or 246$ (After MA tax) home delivery for the 3200psi from amazon. As far as the differences between them, i'm not sure how the later gets the extra power... they both use the same motor. Maybe its a better pump. Can't think of any use were such a small amount of difference would be useful other then you get to do the work faster. If you can't save on the taxes or get lowes GC. The amazon deal might be better.
