Thanks! I read about the wrist detection, but that takes away all the features we want.
I found that I can turn off the notifications for the pill reminder app, and uninstalled the app from the watch, and it is back to just notifying on the phone, which is great. It would be better to do it on the phone and the watch, but at least we can all hear it now!

Thanks for the help, which prodded me to dig deeper into the notifications.

Waiting for them to improve battery life before buying one. If Samsung and Garmin can make watches with great battery life, I'm not sure why Apple can't. Maybe they're having all these watch sales because a better watch is coming this fall 🤔

You will be disappointed. Battery life depends on apps/functions.

This isn't true at all. I'm not an Apple person but these act totally differently than $50 no-name Bluetooth watches which just mirror phone notifications to the watch.

Apple watches are far and away the best smart watches out there, and are why I keep going back to iPhones despite preferring Android phones.

I was able to get Target to price match Amazon's Apple Watch SE sale. I contacted Target and they asked me to place the Watch in my cart and after the order was placed was able to apply the discount.

Coming from a Galaxy watch 3. Don't think that the battery life on Samsung is any better.
