OK but yknow this is really ez to make from reg rice- just saute dry rice with a lil oil until toasted, then cook as usual but sub at least half salsa for the water, and may need to add lil more water if your salsa has a lot of solids

My go to solution for salty food is to add unsalted ingredients to lower the salt ratio. Even if the extra ingredients resist taking in much salt when you chew it in your mouth it even's out.
