Stay away from all Samsung products. Look up their faulty refrigerators and they don't honor their warranty. On top of that, their customer service is the worst

I got a samsung fridge for free after warranty refund for a small scratch inside my fridge thats not even that noticeable.

I bought 2 of the highest end version of their older model robot vacuums - used them for like 12 days and decided they were not right for me. I returned both vacuums and the additional filters/items I ordered. It was under 5 minutes of work.
Because their refrigerators have issues - why would 'all samsung products be bad'?
I'm going to let you in to a little secret here - Samsung isn't the name of THE guy that makes all this stuff. There's like, way over 8 people that work there. They even have multiple departments and smaller business underneath them and they make a lot different things and a lot of nice things. They make 20% of cell phones, their chips are in over 80% of cell phones, and virtually every electronic you buy.
If you just wanted to talk about refrigerators you would need to identify a single model - because like they make more than 1 item and employ more than 1 person they each have different service rates. Lots of studies reported by companies that only do refrigerator service calls reported LG having a much worse refrigerator in terms of service rates - often having 5-7% MORE service calls than samsung. GE Profile too, and Cafe Appliances, and JennAir, and KitchenAid. Pretty crazy? It happened in 2021, and its happening in 2022. In fact most brands are experiencing service rates above 15% and under 30% because they are all so similar. Why do you see people complain about samsungs so much then? Because they have 10% of the entire market share of sales. Are there more reliable brands - ABSOLUTLEY - but ALL refrigerator brands have service calls reported. Even the 30k fridges. Why dont you fill us in on your brand refrigerator and i will look it up for you and let you know how dumb your opinion is
What does this have to do with this vacuum? It has nothing to do with it at all, dumb dumb dumb
This vacuum looks like a little tank. Idk if I can take it seriously 😅.
Joking aside, is it worth the upgrade from the Jet Bot +? No need to monitor my home or speak to animals left alone. I'm looking to replace my shotty S5 Roborock.

This has small object avoidance, like if your pet is large and has a large accident inside it will avoid it and not drag it throughout your house like the regular jet bot will do. Also will avoid cords and other things that tend to snag on pure LiDAR vacs. Other than that it seems like performance is similar.

It doesn't have anything to do with a vacuum, but you're wrong about the refrigerators.
There was a 5 year period of time where Samsung sold refrigerator's in door ice makers would freeze into a block. At the same time the internal temperature would be a constant 10-15 degrees warmer than indicated. They have paid out millions to hush people up and refuse to recall. This isn't breaking news, if you have one you know.
Most of the newer models don't even have in door ice makers because they don't know how to/or have lost consumer confidence in them.

I got one of them frozen ice makers… no wonder the previous home owners were so quick to dump it on us…
I had it serviced about 6 times under the home warranty… the company kept dragging it out until the warranty expired. But they pretty much replaced everything and it still occasionally will free up.
So I have the other model without the "AI" and it works beautifully on my hardwood floors.
My gf and I have 5 small pets and before I got the vacuum there would be pet hair clumps all over and dust. Since We've gotten this vacuum I set up the restricted zones and the schedule I want it to run and it has made a huge difference.
It comes with 2 bags and it seems that they last about a month before replacing them in my case. Cleaning the vacuum filter tray about once or twice a week helps.
