In regards to price, looks like there aren't really any Z690 motherboards with built-in Wi-Fi below this price except the Gigabyte Z690 UD AX DDR4 motherboard. There are a number of motherboards <$200, mainly from ASRock, that doesn't have wi-fi capability (including the non-Wi-Fi Z690-A DDR4 motherboard for $199.99).
So I guess it's really dependent on if you already have a PCIe adapter with wi-fi card, if this is a good deal to you or not. Hoping prices come down here soon, since $220+ seems like a bit much.
This is a great board. Plenty of M.2 Slots and solid vrms cooled by a solid heatsink. Not fancy, but a blue collar mobo that just works.
Only issue is that you should download the drivers for the mobo on a usb drive before you begin installation since the ethernet, wifi will not work on first boot.
I have the non Wi-Fi version of this board. In retrospect I should've gotten the Wi-Fi version because the Ethernet port has given me and some other users issues and the Wi-Fi version also has Bluetooth. It has four m.2 ssd slots and plenty of sata ports. Two thumbs up.
