Seems like OP is sold by Amazon. Does Ego care for warranty purposes? So maybe $20 cheaper but giving up on warranty?

Deal is ok, this doesn't look like it has the new 2022 feature of auto string-dispense, so this is still a bump head, but I do think the new 2022 one with that feature isn't carbon fiber (yet), so there is that, honestly the auto load is cute, but I was thinking about upgrading for the auto-line feed because that seems like a really killer feature.

They call out the new auto feed pretty explicitly, in the description for model's that have it, I don't know about at a glance.

okay just looked it up the feature is called Line IQ, seems to be in the model description for trimmers that have it.
