Edit: I found the product details on their site states garden soil. It says for "containers" which I considered to be like pots, though.

This seems like the consumer version of promix HPCC.

The good news: pro mix is awesome, miles better than Miracle-Gro, Vigoro, etc., and you can trust the instructions, guidance, info on the bag and product site to be useful, not marketing garbage. I've used lots of pro mix products, and never had bad results with them.

After wetting and fluffing i find that a bag usually comes out to be around 1.5 cu ft not the 2 cu ft one might expect. Your mileage may vary but that's what i have found in three bags i have used this season. All that said i wish this would have been the price when i was buying it earlier in the season as i think i paid closer to 15 at depot a couple months ago. I will likely get more in the future as it really does great for me in containers, wicks the water up from the bottom nicely in self watering ones and holds onto the water nicely in a large regular pot.

For example, the 3.8cu ft bales are compressed, and fluff out too about 6cu ft of mix
edit: looks like its 1cu ft compressed. In which case this is not really a good deal at all unless you only need a single bag. Pretty much everywhere in america you can get 3.8cu ft bags of compressed promix for ~$35. The secret is to find farm/feed stores that carry it and not grow(cannabis) stores, the grow stores charge way more.
