DCB240 is the new battery. DCB204 is the bulky XR style.

I'm a DIYer and would only really be using these for a vacuum, 1/2" mid torque impact, and the small Atomic circular saw. The 2ah's have been fine on my drill and small impact.
I could use an extra charger to keep in the truck too. I guess I'm answering my own question.
Edit: ugh there goes $105. Had some points on Amazon.
I get 5% back on Amazon with my card so only looking at a $4-5 difference to just order through Amazon than make an account with Maxtool.

.. you need a Flexvolt 60v battery with a Flexvolt 60v tool. They cannot run on the 20v.
Unless you have one of Flex Advantage or a *____* (dang I forgot the name of the other big box store version) that allows you to run both.
So, these batteries will not work with a Flexvolt tool.
