The previous $10 deal was for the Collector's Edition, which actually has less DLC than the Super does. The naming convention for these was very poorly thought out 😕.

The net code is surprisingly good from what I've heard, and it's 100% crossplay.

BE WARNED! This game is punishingly hard. Like, I'm pretty casual with fighting games but can get through the story mode in the newer MK or Injustice games. This one was an uphill battle to even get past the first story mode fight. 2nd was impossible. I searched around to see if it was just me sucking, but it tends to be the universal opinion.

Agreed. They buffed the AI to play way more like real people. Even pro/experienced players were having sweaty bouts against computer opponents. That said, it's still a lot of fun and worth playing, especially if you're a MMPR fan. The 4th DLC pack just released Rita Ripulsa as a playable character.
