Thank you OP!

I am still seeing the $14.25 price, but only after my 5% red card discount.

The 12,15,20 lbs are all showing the same price. Must be a price glitch.

I've been using a 20 pounder one for years.. It does help.. 12 pounds would be too light

Bought 5 last time it was posted. Meh. It needs to be wider, gets hot and takes time to get use to. Maybe try them again next winter.

Really basic question from someone who doesn't have experience with these: how do you wash them? "Weighted" sounds like not a good idea for the washing machine? Do you hand-wash, or just avoid by always using them on the other side of a duvet/top sheet?

Would need to get a cover for the ones that don't come with one. Remove and wash cover.

Highly suggest getting a removable cover for them and wash that instead.

It's hard to find a good cover that is the right size and doesn't shrink so I recommend getting the weight blankets that come with a cover already.

The one we have (a more expensive one from Kickstarter) can be washed in the washing machine. Make sure to put basically nothing else in there. You can definitely hear the clanking of the blanket in the machine. Maybe better to put on the handwash/gentle cycle. However, we let it air dry outside.
