It is being discontinued. A replacement called Vertuo Pop is coming in early Summer. Vertuo Next launched in 2020 and had a higher failure rate, so they are not restocking them in North America.

Not bad price if you missed out on the Instacart + cash app deal. Was about $110 during that.

If you just want single cups of coffee and espresso get an original line, especially if you like decaf.

If you want more options on serving size (lungo up to a small carafe) and stronger single cups of coffee vs espresso style (americanos) get a Vertuo. Just know you'll be paying $.90-1.50 per cup which is a bit more than nespresso original pods. Much more if you get Peet's original pods at any discount. Can be $.15-35 per cup then.

Very cool, will have to look into that in the future. So far my original still running strong and I just purchased like 250 Rosso cafe pods while they had their sale, so im good for at least 4 months lol.

Agreed. I have it and want to break it everytime and error message comes up.

I have read a bunch of stories from people getting customer service to swap them out for them. Keep calling and getting different employees, you will eventually get a swap. I have had my plus for 2 or 3 years without any issue.
