Arguably the best IEM Audeze has made to date, but its still somewhat wonky sounding tonally. For $900 they're probably at just around the price that you should be paying for them, but I would strongly consider other options for the same price. Its a big discount from retail, but retail was overpriced in the first place.

Been tested by Crinacle, theyre not snake oil, but they're not really the best FR graph either~ Technicalities like detail and soundstage are there but he tonality is somewhat off~
For the same price theres a lot of other high end options, thieaudio monarch original which is an IEM for bassheads, or thieaudio monarch mk2 which is a more refined version of it. Campfire andromeda classic is a really crazy out of the head experience for an IEM and for the price but its so sensitive you can hear any issues from your source, its the only IEM where the cable's own impedance can actually change the sound. Sony's M9 is like the gatekeeper of $1000 iems, the new Sennheiser IE 600 is crazy good for its price as well at $800 but they seem to be sold out everywhere and people are reselling them for like 2x. There's plenty of kilobuck iems in the game that are all over the place in terms of sound, but the ones i states are kinda benchmarks for getting actually good value~

I bet I can't tell the difference between these and my $40 ones
You'd b surprised of how some of the better IEMs are. Some of them are significant differences in detail and how big they sound, modern technology allowed good audio to be cheap, but most are pretty iffy.
