And these brands usually have really good warranty as well. I bought a mtn hardwear backpack probably 5-6 years ago. Used daily and due to wear and tear one of the zippers gave away and it's turned into a gaping hole.

I bought it probably on clearance or outlet from REi. Because of how I roll I definitely didn't pay full price. I sent it back to them hoping for an easy repair, but with no receipt and they still came back to me saying it's not repairable but gave me a $130 GC for me to get a new replacement.

Quality companies. Patagonia, mountain hardwear, osprey, etc

Thanks, OP. I needed a new haul bag so I'm grabbing the multi-pitch 30. I wanted to grab the UL 20 as well, but it appears to be out of stock since it won't add to the cart.
