I'm not upset, as it's still cheaper than local or Amazon orders.
I ended up getting 6 of the MERV 12 16x25x5 for $125 after tax. It's pretty much that price just for 4 of them from Amazon or local HD store.

About 2 weeks later my A/C sounded weird and when I "pulled" the filter, it was stuck. Apparently, the bent frame eliminated any structural integrity and the air suction pulled it into the fan. Luckily I work in the basement so I noticed it fairly quickly. But my days ordering online air filters are over. I am going to go to the store and inspect them before I buy them.
(And yes, I know I could simply exchange the bad ones but I also went to the store and have found every single one bent and besides, I've done so many Milwaukee returns in the past year, I don't want to get return blacklisted)
