A sub that can only hit 50hz is pretty terrible. Spend another 50 and get a Dayton sub1000 or another 70 ans get a sub1200
Totally agree. My Amiga towers are flat down to 34hz... This "sub" is nothing like the Monoliths. I wouldn't consider a sub that doesn't at least go down to 30hz
Eek. This is pretty bad. With subs, you typically get what you pay for. Also, you can't mix crappy subs with decent subs. So best to start with quality and add on.

To bad most average people 54,000$ a year according to statistics won't drop 1000$ on a sub. This sub is more then fine for most people and is decent for the price. Better then nothing 😜

But it's really not better than nothing. A lot of speakers will go just as low as this sub. For another $50 you can get a sub that will play to 30hz. That's easily worth it IMO. It's not a lot of money.

not really, most mediocre towers will go down below 50hz. In that case, they are better without this absolute bottom of the barrel subwoofer.
Not Expert on Soundbars and subwoofers. Please help me understand about this:
I have a Soundbar (https://www.amazon.com/Wohome-Sou...14&sr=8-20). Will I be able to connect it to this subwoofer without any other equipment?
If needed additional equipment, what are those?
