I received my refurbished 77 yesterday. The TV is in great condition, no dents, or marks on the screen or other places. It was in original box. Mounted and run flawlessly. My TV has 480 hours of usage when I received. It took them a week to ship and deliver.

So I went from a Vizio P65 from 2015 with full array local diming. It was in a room with 6 windows 2 per wall with the third wall nothing except the door to the kitchen. I had no issue with watching during the day.

Upgrading to the C1 77 I didn't lose anything as well. If anything it's better. The blacks being so much more black the rest of the colors pop doesn't matter if full sun in the room. Nonissue with brightness. I also seem to have less glare during day time viewing. 100% recommend the C1.

The Sammy doesn't support Dolby Vision. Makes it not competitive imo

True, but I doubt I would miss it with the extra brightness from hdr10. Currently have a 65 Sony a8h. Looking to go bigger

How well does buydig handle returns and how well does their warranty company handle problems?

Consistent Dark room I'd go C1, Bright Room or room with lots of windows I'd go 85 QN90a

Is the smart function only Chromecast? I have a ViZio like that and overall not a fan of having to stream content to the tv from another device for Netflix, Hulu etc. Love the price on the 65

I wish Samsung had Dolby vision because that's what a lot of Netflix movies and shows have but from what I've read it shouldn't matter too much because the extra brightness from the Samsung in HDR10 should offset the lack of Dolby vision. But I can't speak from personal experience
