Awesome deal. Worked for me.

Even works on clearance items. I got the Aya smart outdoor fan that is currently on clearance for 50%, and the coupon took another 30% off. Saved another $75 on that fan alone. Decided to buy another 4 fans for my new house.

Need to get 5 fans to upgrade the house - whoever in history thought using switched sockets was a good idea (vs. permanent ceiling fixtures) should be shot.

Joking aside, what are people's thoughts about remotes vs wifi, etc? I *do* need 5 fans, for bedrooms, and although the whole wifi/app idea seems appealing, I also don't want to always have my phone by me to turn on a damned fan. I am more inclined to buy fans with remotes and just put a simple light switch on the wall, but I also see them as a long term solution - I don't want to be replacing them to upgrade any time soon. Also, 4 of the fans will be in kids rooms.....

And when does the coupon end?

The smart fans come with wall mounted controls that are intended to replace your current switches. You don't have to use your phone. But since they are smart, you can also use voice or automations like turn the fan on a bedtime and then turn it off when you turn off your alarm. You can do all kinds of things with automations. I bought 5 of these fans because they integrate with HomeKit. But they also work with Alexa and Google too I believe.

You can also get remotes too. Or use smart control buttons, again, you don't have to use your phone… but you can do that too.

Make sure you check the CFMs the fan produces. If it's less than 4000 you're wasting your time

Install the regular fan…no smarts. Get a smart light/fan switch for the wall
