Costco has most of these at 30% off but a limited selection. Though sometimes Costco has coupons on top of that.

fan direction might be more helpful in some cases. Like my high vaulted ceilings and loft where the heat may rise in winter. The sucking up would spread the dead air around. However during the summer you may want that windchill effect of downward air. Often just venting the top and bottom windows here creates a chimney effect for those warm days.
