If you have the need to burn a dvd/cd I guess this would be the one to buy. I honestly haven't seen a new PC with one in a long time. I haven't even seen the blank media to use in years.

DVD and particularly BluRay last for very very long time as archive media, i.e. personal photo and video. But the burners got expensive, the media is even more expensive, so regular Joes are better off just paying for a cloud service, or if wealthier - for a personal NAS/server. Me - I have a Windows storage pool with 4 redundant drives for personal media, it can be transferred between different systems as far as you plug them in a Windows 7 or later environment. I.e. if a disk dies (happened), replace the disk. Id the system dies (happened), migrate them into another system.
Saying all that, just to explain that a DVD drive is a luxury item today, actually that's why so rare to see in a system build.
500 Watt Power supply? Need a little more headroom for reliability and cooling running system
I bought one of these and cooling will be OK once you upgrade the CPU cooler and add the VRM heatsink. I used the Dell cooler that comes with the i7-11700k.

The power supply generates a lot more heat when it is being pushed vs a bigger power supply idling
