Bought a similar one from crate and barrel a few years back. I use it to burn joss paper to deceased when visiting cemetery. Works great and I recommend it for that purpose as it is foldable and portable
Never heard of joss paper before your post. So I did a little reading about it's use in Chinese ceremonies and culture. I learned something new. Beside offering deals, slickdeals can be educational as well.
before the pandemic I went to a meetup event which turned out to be a discussion and sharing of death culture. When it was my turn, I started talking in Chinese culture we burned houses, clothes, and cars during the Memorial Day so that the deceased would get them in the other world. It was so quiet for a min until the host explained to the group they were paper houses and paper cars… now I know the term for these! Thank you.

Had one before, I do not recommend for barbecue. Breaks down over a short time.

I second this. Used it once to tailgate and we just tossed it afterwards. Too flimsy and awkward for any real cooking utility.

Same here. I didn't know there is a name for the paper. Now I know the proper noun joss paper. Haha.

I'm from China but this is the first time I hear the English word "joss paper".

I was about to buy this to hold all my magazines. My magazine rack looks like this except without the grill on top which would make my magazines look more organized by placing each magazine in each slot.

+1. Got a similar one like 10 years ago might be about $10 on clearance.
It couldn't withstand the charcoal heat, deformed in a short time.
Expect it to be one-time use only.

I have one. Good for camping. And breaks down well.
24.99 is the normal price, not slick.

To the people complaining: if you were thinking of buying this as your permanent grill, I shudder to think about your other opinions on cooking meat.

This is basically disposable - tailgating, camping, weekends at the lake, etc. I don't know or care if it is a good deal or not but the people trying to make one product into something it is not on this site are ridiculous.
