More like scalpers don't want them anymore. The production finally caught up to demand and street prices have leveled out to MSRP.

Only true for the resellers/scalpers. They don't see any profit from this anymore so of course the "demand" isn't there for them.

The demand from us regular folk, the demand is still there.

You'd think that from a "pro" like you, you'd understand.

Got my AMEX Business Plat Dell $400 credit. It's split into $200 x 2 1H/2H of the year. So I guess I'll just wait for my second $200 credit to kick in and then wait for a restock on MS website.

All Amex Offers are always after tax amount. Amex does not see how much is subtotal and how much is tax. They just see how much total is charged to the card.

Yeah it sucks. I made almost 3k profit in 3 hrs total. People used to buy these things for close to 1000 bucks. Sold several 3060s for 1100 too lol.

Haha. Definitely wasn't trying to troll. Obviously each developer handles optimization differently between games, so Xbox can be faster than PS5 in some games. Just so happens that Elden Ring is better optimized for load times on PS5 in this case. Source [youtube.com]
The lesson is if you have both consoles, do your research to see which 3rd party game runs better on which system (resolution, frame rates, etc.) Usually they are comparable and the differences are negligible but sometimes one system will handle a 3rd party game slightly better than the other.

I would actually say that there hasn't been a change. While many (or even most) offers trigger an email, there have always been some that don't. I did offers in March for Shutterfly and April for ShopRite and received emails for both. I didn't get one for this purchase, though, and I don't think anyone did.
