Good for you. No one cares.

And, no… I did not "care enough to comment." I was annoyed enough to comment. There's a difference.
Getting annoyed over a comment on the internet is funnier than caring enough to comment. 😂

Can someone comment regarding which one is better? This one or the currently available deal on the 1TB SK hynix Gold P31 PCIe NVMe M.2 Gen 3 Solid State Drive SSD (SHGP31-1000GM-2) on sale for $92.58 on Amazon?

Nice deal. Bought this same drive from BB for $115 about a month ago. Was thinking of gen 4 with the 980 but for my applications, I'd never take advantage of those speeds to fully utilize them like transferring and working with massive files. Even this drive vs my previous 960, I can't tell a difference in my usage. Only drive brands I use are Samsung (m.2 SSD), Micron/Crucial (SATA SSD) and WD (HDD). Never had an issue with them. Currently using it in a z690 with a 12700k and 3080ti.

What's with the salt? A lot of people have notifications set up for M.2 deals specifically to get one for their PS5 like me. No one posted if it was compatible so I checked the Amazon reviews and saw it wasn't. Someone who wants on for the PS5 will see my post and save them the time having to check themselves.
Thank you. It is gen 3.

Nice find, OP. As a NUC reseller this is like gold. Phenomenal drive that works flawlessly. We've installed several hundred of these and had only 2 or 3 fail in the last year and a half. Yes.

It's a crazy deal! I was buying Intel 660p's for this price during the Black Friday "season." If I can put this in a customer's NUC instead of that I am delivering a much higher quality machine without changing the price.

The biggest bummer about the whole deal is that they limit even their business customers to five, and the limit lasts until the sale is over.
Why the thumbs down on this post…?

Okay product and Gen 3. For this price, why not buy a Gen4 NVME?
I purchased for a laptop that only has a Gen 3 slot...

Because not everyone's motherboards support gen 4.

It should literally be the 1st post every time. Or better yet, in the description.
