I miss the old SD days where those of us who have been around for a while were able to voice our opinion without some low rank trying to make an argument out of it.
With that said, pretty sure the simple IKEA desk beats this in quality and almost matches the price.
Walmart furniture is no bueno.

Was in the market for a small desk. One look at this one and I'm still looking.

Great price for what looks like a sturdy desk! Plus sold and shipped by Walmart, so easy returns. Thank OP.

Edit: Was talking about the 55" desk, similar built desks are $60+.

You seem like a fun guy at parties. These days you can barely get a meal with 35 bucks, never mind a desk

If you're spending 35 bucks for a meal then you probably don't belong on SD just sayin

Whatever those MSRP prices are ridiculous but go ahead and buy them trust me they'll be going straight back to Wally World.

Seriously they couldn't even finish off the edges? And don't even tell me that exposed press wood is considered rustic chic 🙄

I am by no means arguing that this is an exceptionally made product, but if you actually zoom in on the photos of the product, those are clearly laminated edges. I've seen the backs of products like this be exposed particleboard, but never the sides or front.

Been in the market for a cheap desk while working from home, grabbed the 55". For 40 bucks don't see how it could be a bad investment for occasionally working remotely, thanks OP!

To further your point I'm going to argue with you. 😂

The only experience I've had with Walmart furniture is the TV stand I got from there, and it's actually quite good and has held up well.

No, it's called trying to make a poor point, then backtracking
